Sabino Canyon, Tucson arizona
Desert elopement
Emily and Pete’s elopement unfolded against the striking backdrop of Sabino Canyon. Surrounded by canyon walls, desert foliage, and warm afternoon light, their vows felt personal and timeless. Every moment—from quiet laughter to the way they shared the landscape around them—was captured in a way that highlights both the intimacy of their day and the natural beauty of Tucson’s desert.
Chapel of the Holy Dove, Flagstaff, AZ
Snowy chapel elopement
Kristen and Brian’s elopement took place on a snowy winter day in the pine forests outside Flagstaff. Inside the small chapel, large windows bring the surrounding forest into their ceremony. Afterward, we stepped into the fresh snow for portraits beneath the ponderosa pines before heading into downtown Flagstaff for a few photos along the historic streets.

Portal, Arizona
Mountaintop elopement
Jemma and Aaron chose Portal for a reason — the Chiricahua Mountains are remote, elevated, the kind of place you have to mean to get to. Their ceremony was on the mountainside with peaks all around, reception on the family ranch after. Two people who skipped the venue and just went somewhere that actually meant something.

DeGrazia Gallery, Tucson, AZ
Desert Artistry & Adobe Charm
Set against the iconic architecture of the DeGrazia Gallery in the Sun, this elopement was a beautiful blend of Tucson history and desert soul. Surrounded by sun-baked adobe and vibrant Southwestern art, Shannon and Preston shared an intimate ceremony in the adobe chapel, that felt both timeless and uniquely grounded in the the Sonoran Desert.
Tucson Historic Courthouse, Tucson, AZ
Courthouse Elopement
Some couples don't need the big day to make it real. The Pima County Historic Courthouse in downtown Tucson — a 1929 Spanish Colonial Revival landmark — is one of those places that holds weight on its own. Showing up there with the person you chose is enough.
Sedona, AZ
Sedona Red Rocks
Set against the iconic landscape of Sedona, Matilda and Phil’s elopement was a beautiful blend of desert soul and natural beauty. Surrounded by their close friends and family, the day felt both timeless and uniquely grounded in the landscape
Your elopement isn't a smaller version of a wedding—it's a story entirely its own. Whether it's just the two of you beneath the open sky, an intimate courthouse ceremony in Tucson, or a few of your favorite people gathered somewhere meaningful, these moments deserve to be documented with honesty and intention. There's no pressure to perform, no timeline dictated by tradition, and no distractions pulling you from the moment. I'll be there to document the details you carefully chose, the emotions as they unfold, and the experience of a day built entirely around you.
Once you inquire, I'll reach out personally so we can chat about your vision—whether it's a desert sunrise, a mountain ceremony, or an intimate courthouse celebration. This is the first step in making sure you feel seen, heard, and fully supported. Your date is secured with a retainer, and we'll start planning from there.
Capture your connection before the big day with a relaxed engagement session. These are designed to help you feel comfortable in front of the camera while creating images perfect for save-the-dates or your wedding website. Engagement sessions are 50% off when you book an elopement.
Between booking and your elopement, I'm here to help with location advice, permit guidance, timeline planning, vendor recommendations, florist connections, and answering any questions. I'll make sure you feel confident and supported every step of the way.
On your elopement day, I'm there to document the real moments while also helping things flow naturally. I'll guide you when needed, read the light, and preserve the emotion and connection that make your day yours. My focus is on capturing your elopement as it unfolds, so you can be fully present.
After your gallery is delivered, you'll have access to professional prints, albums, and wall art through your online gallery. I work with top-quality labs to ensure your memories are printed beautifully and built to last.

Absolutely. As an Arizona native, I know the hidden gems and scenic spots throughout Arizona—from desert landscapes to mountain views. We'll work together to find a spot that feels right for your story.
Arizona offers beautiful elopement opportunities year-round, but timing depends on your location and temperature preferences. Fall through spring (October–April) is ideal for desert elopements with mild weather and stunning light. Summer can work beautifully in higher elevations like Flagstaff or Mount Lemmon, where temperatures stay cooler.
It depends on your location. Some Arizona state parks, national forests, and public lands require permits for ceremonies and professional photography. I'm familiar with the permit process for popular elopement spots throughout Tucson and Arizona, and I'll guide you through what's needed so you're fully prepared.
Coverage is completely customized to your day. Some couples want just a few hours to capture their ceremony and portraits, while others choose full-day coverage to document everything from getting ready to sunset. We'll discuss your timeline during your consultation and create a package that fits exactly what you're envisioning.
Anita was wonderful to work with. She is a great communicator and she was at our venue early and ready to go. We chose her because of the aesthetic of her desert photos--they are very airy and beautiful, and they highlight natural neutral earth tones. Anita photographed our desert elopement at sunrise! The pictures are perfect and she captured the glow of the sunrise just how we wanted. She was very helpful in letting us know the best timing for photos so we could time the start of our ceremony accordingly. Hopefully we will get to bring her back to the same spot in the future to take photos as our family grows! Highly recommend.

Erica & Jon
As a Tucson native, I know Arizona's landscapes and light like the back of my hand. I document elopements as the significant celebrations they are—capturing the quiet vulnerability and raw emotion that happens when it's just the two of you. My galleries tell complete stories, not highlight reels. Let's create something that feels entirely yours.
Ready to start planning? Reach out and let's talk about your day. I'd love to hear your story and answer any questions.
